摘要
目的:分析当前西藏卫生技术人员对收入、工作及生活的满意度,为西藏将来合理开发和利用卫生人力资源提供依据。方法:自制问卷,开展现场调查,利用Epidata 3.1和SPSS 13.0对现场收集数据进行分析。结果:西藏卫生技术人员的满意度随机构级别的提高而降低。结论:西藏需要提高基层卫生技术人员的待遇。
Objective To conduct analysis on the satisfaction of the health workers in Tibet Autonomous Region in- cluding remuneration, work and living conditions and to provide basis for reasonable development and utilization of the health human resources in Tibet in the future. Methods A set of questionnaire was developed. Field survey was conduc- ted. The data collected from the field were analyzed through Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 13.0. Results The level of satisfac- tion of the health workers decreased with the increased level of the health institutions. Conclusions It concludes that the remuneration of the health workers at grass--roots institutes needs to be increased.
