摘要 探讨不同碳源及6-BA浓度对多花黄精不定芽生长及多糖累积的影响,结果表明:蔗糖比葡萄糖、麦芽糖更适合用于多花黄精不定芽的培养;高浓度6-BA不利于黄精不定芽生长和多糖累积,6-BA浓度应低于1.0mg·L-1;随着蔗糖浓度的增加,折干率和多糖含量也随之增加,结合不定芽的生长速率,认为最适宜多花黄精不定芽培养的蔗糖浓度为80g·L-1。 In this paper ,the effects of different carbon sources and 6‐BA concentration on adventitious buds growth and polysaccharide accumulation in P. cyrtonema Hua were studied. Results indicated that ,sucrose was more suitable for the adventitious buds formation than glucose and maltose. High concentration of 6‐BA inhibited the adventitious buds growth and polysaccharide accumulation , and the suitable concentration should be controlled below 1.0 mg · L^-1. With the increase of sucrose concentration ,dry‐weight rate and polysaccharide contention were also increase. Combined with the growth rate ,the most suitable sucrose concentration for P. cyrtonema Hua growth was 80 g · L^-1 .
