摘要
为了提高三交河煤矿孤岛工作面围岩的稳定性,同时减少因煤柱留设所造成的煤炭资源的浪费,采用FLAC数值计算方法,得出2-506工作面回采后区段煤柱及采空区侧向支承压力分布规律;通过对比不同煤柱宽度条件下的巷道维护效果,确定出最佳煤柱留设尺寸;研究结果与理论计算值相符,提高了煤炭资源采出率。同时,提出高预应力锚杆支护关键技术,即保持支护结构整体完整性、支护结构具有足够的主动承载能力,研究结果应用于2-508巷道,其控制效果显著。
To increase the stability of surrounding rock of isolated island working face in Sanjiaohe Coal Mine, and reduce the waste of coal resources, distribution laws of abutment pressure in sectional coal pillar and gob on 2-508 working face were obtained, Through comparing roadway maintenance effects under the condition of different widths of coal pillar, and the best coal pillar width was deter- mined. Results of research are accordance with calculated value, the recovery ratio of coal has been increased. Meanwhile, the key sup- porting technology of high prestress bolt was proposed in the paper, the usage of this technology can maintain the whole integrity of sup- porting structure, and make sure that the supporting structure has enough active load capacity. It has achieved good effects in roadway control of 2-508 roadway.
