锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:12

摘要 Pilon骨折常指胫骨远端粉碎性骨折,主要波及踝关节、负重关节面以及干骺端,并且常伴有不同程度的皮肤和软组织损伤,严重影响患者的健康和生命质量[1]。有研究表明Pilon骨折后胫骨远端的血液供应发生障碍,同时软组织的覆盖面少,从而引起骨折部位缺乏良好的保护,最终导致患者的术后并发症发生率较高,给临床治疗带来极大的挑战[2]。
