公共图书馆是一个社会文化机构,其主要工作就是如何最大化地发挥自身的作用为读者做好服务工作,最大限度地满足读者对知识的需求。这篇文章围绕"以人为本"这一服务理念,阐述了图书馆如何实施人性化服务的建议和几种主要途径,希望这篇文章的探讨对图书馆管理人员的服务工作有所启示。
Public library is a social and cultural institution, whose main job is to maximize its role in reader service and meet the readers' need for knowledge. This article revolved around the people-oriented service concept and expounded advice and several main ways on how to implement the humanized service of library, so as to give some enlightenment for the service of library.
