摘要 目的探讨尿液RBP、微量白蛋白检测在肾功能损伤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院就诊的肾功能损伤患者共64例,随机选取58例健康者作为对照组,分别检测两组尿液RBP和白蛋白(mAlb),对比两组结果。结果实验组患者尿液RBP含量与微量白蛋白水平明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论尿液RBP和微量白蛋白用于诊断早期肾功能损伤具有重要的临床价值。 ObjectiveTo investigate the urine micro albumin (RBP, mAlb) detection in early diagnosis of renal damage. Methods Patients selected in our hospital renal injury in 64 cases, randomly selected 58 cases of healthy persons as control group, were detected in two RBP and group of urine albumin (mAlb), compared two groups of results. Results The experimental group of urine RBP, albumin level significantly higher than the control group, comparison between groups was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion RBP and albumin in urine for diagnosis of early renal damage has important clinical value.
