药物喷雾对留置鼻胆管患者口鼻咽喉舒适度及并发症的影响 被引量:32

The effect of drug aerosol therapy on relieving the discomfort of oropharynx and nasal cavity in patients with indwelling endoscopic nasal biliary drainage

摘要 目的探讨康复新液联合薄荷水预防和缓解留置鼻胆管患者口鼻及咽喉部不适的疗效。方法将150例经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography,ERCP)术后留置鼻胆管的患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组50例。A组口、鼻腔喷入康复新液,B组口、鼻腔喷入自制薄荷水,C组口、鼻腔依次喷入康复新液和自制薄荷水。比较3组患者口咽干燥、咽喉疼痛、口咽并发症、吞咽不适、鼻腔不适情况。结果术后6h,A组、C组的咽喉疼痛、不适程度评分显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后54h,B组、C组咽喉疼痛、不适程度评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后各时间点A组、C组的口咽并发症评分均低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用康复新液和自制薄荷水顺序喷入口、鼻腔,可以明显减轻ERCP术后留置鼻胆管带来的咽喉疼痛、不适症状及口咽并发症。 Objective To evaluate effect of spraying Kangfuxin solution combined with mint solution on relieving the discomfort of oropharynx and nasal cavity in patients with indwelling endoscopic nasal biliary drainage (ENBD). Methods A total of 150 patients with ENBD were randomly divided into three groups,50 cases in each group. Patients in group A were sprayed with Kangfuxin solution,while patient in group B were sprayed with mint solution; patients in group C were sprayed with Kangfuxin solution and mint solution in sequence. The symptoms of dry mouth,sore throat,oropharyngeal complications,swallowing irritation and nasal irritation were assessed at 6h, 30h and 54h after ENBD. Results At 6h after ENBD ,the scores of sore throat in group A and C were signifi- cantly lower than group B(P〈0.05). At 54h after ENBD,the scores of sore throat in group B and C were signi- ficantly lower than group A(P〈0.05). The scores of oropharyngeal complications in group A and C were lower than group B at different time points after ENBD(P〈0.05). Conclusion Spraying Kangfuxin solution and mint solu- tion sequentially in oral cavity of patients can release postoperative discomfort of oropharynx caused by indwelling endoscopic nasal biliary drainage.
