摘要
在成功开发的3000 r/min大型4F-600 MW空冷汽轮机的基础上,东方汽轮机有限公司与日立公司合作,开发出应用于新一代3000 r/min大型2F-600 MW空冷汽轮机新型863末级叶片;该叶片首次应用于大唐国际宁夏大坝电厂,低压缸数量由2个减少为1个,提高了机组经济性,降低了制造和维护成本;并可推广应用于3000 r/min超大型4F-1000 MW空冷汽轮机。文章介绍了它的开发设计特点和实际运行业绩验证结果 。
Basing on the successful development of large-scale 4F-600 MW steam turbine, Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. develops the new 863 mm last stage blade for the new generation of 3000 r/min large-scale 2F-600 MW air-cooling steam turbine in cooperation with Hitachi Ltd., which is first applied in the Ningxia Daba Power Plant of Datang Power. As a result, the number of low pressure cylinder is reduced from two to one, the economy of unit is improved, and the cost of manufacture and maintenance is reduced. Besides it can be applied to 3000 r/min ultra-large-scale 4F-1000 MW air cooling steam turbine. This article describes the feature of its development design and the verification result of practical operation achievement.
