摘要
为给化工仪表及自动化课程配套实验,建立了一套以萃取和精馏2个常规化工单元操作为基础的中试规模的实验装置,并配置了分散控制系统(DCS)。DCS经过软件组态可以进行多种基本控制实验和综合控制实验,满足课程实验要求。同时该装置还可以用于进行化工原理单元操作实验、综合实验等,也可以用于本科生的认识实习等实践活动及相关科研活动。该装置实现了"一专多能",最大化地有效利用了教学资源,增加了多方面的实验内容,有效改善了教学效果。
In order to satisfy the experimental requirements of the chemical process instruments and control course,a new pilot scale experiment equipment,based on the rectification and extract unit operation processes,is built in the chemical engineering experiment center.Aided by the associated distributed control system(DCS),the process and control logics can be reorganized,making it suitable for the process control experiments.The equipment also can be used in chemical engineering principles experiment course,the undergraduates' cognition practices,industrial practices and some research activities.That equipment adds experiment and practice contents in chemical engineering courses,improves the specialist education and efficiently utilizes the education resources.
