摘要
新乡市平原路隧道为双向4车道,下穿既有建筑物610.55 m,与既有建筑物底板净距仅2.0~4.5 m,属浅埋大跨隧道下穿既有建筑物工程,施工难度非常大。根据工程类比,提出了分离式、双连拱和双孔矩形等隧道断面形式,通过数值模拟分析既有建筑物受影响的规律,最终确定采用双孔矩形隧道,CRD法施工,并提出了双孔矩形隧道的优化方案:双孔矩形隧道与地下商业街紧贴,充分利用商业街作用,施工中辅以适当范围的超前注浆措施,但设计参数不宜过高,否则不但施工中难以实现,而且对提高加固控制变形的效果不明显。研究成果可为其他类似工程设计提供一定的借鉴。
Pingyuanlu tunnel in Xinxiang is a four-lane shallow-covered tunnel running underneath along existing underground commercial street for 610.55 m.The clearance between the tunnel and the floor slab of the existing structure ranges from 2.0 m to 4.5 m.Three proposals,i.e.,separate twin tube tunnel,double-arched tunnel and double-span rectangular tunnel,are proposed for the project.The influence of the tunneling on the existing structure is analyzed by means of numerical simulations and it is determined that the proposal of double-span rectangular tunnel should be adopted.The double-span rectangular tunnel is to be constructed by CRD method and the proposal is optimized in the following aspects:the double-span rectangular tunnel clings to the existing structure so as to make full use of the existing structure;advance grouting in appropriate range shall be made during tunneling;the design parameters should not be too high,otherwise they cannot be realized during tunneling,and they are not so efficient in controlling the deformation.The study result can provide reference for the design of other similar works in the future.
