摘要
矩形顶管机与常用的圆形盾构或掘进机相比较,具有空间利用率高和施工成本低等优点。本文通过前期对大断面矩形顶管机的壳体进行三维建模,分析并建立壳体受力模型,使用Solid Works有限元软件对壳体结构建模、约束设定和载荷确定进行简化,经过计算后对结构应力和变形进行分析并进一步优化模型,形成基于Solid Works三维建模的壳体设计、校验和优化方法,可为矩形顶管掘进机的壳体设计提供指导。
Compared to circular shields,rectangular pipe jacking machine has many advantages such as high space utilization ratio and low construction cost.In the paper,a 3-dimensional model is established for the shell of a large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking machine,the stress model of the shell is analyzed and founded,the modeling, constraint fixing and load determination of the shell are simplified by means of SolidWorks,and a design,verification and optimization method for the shell based on SolidWorks modeling is formed.The paper can provide reference for the design of the shells of other rectangular pipe jacking machines.
