摘要
以红叶碧桃一年生休眠枝条为试材,测定其在25℃、0℃、5℃、-20℃、-40℃下的电解质渗出率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量,并通过相关性分析对其抗寒性进行综合性评价。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,电解质渗出率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐增加;可溶性蛋白质含量与电解质渗出率呈显著相关关系,而可溶性糖与电解质渗出率相关性不显著,因此电解质渗出率和可溶性蛋白质含量可作为评价红叶碧桃抗寒性的生理生化指标之一。
With the Amygdalus persica f. atropurpurea annual branches as experimental materials, this paper determined the electrolyte osmotic ratio, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content at 25℃ ,0℃, - 5℃, - 20℃ and - 40℃ . The data was treated by correlation analysis for the comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance. The results showed that : With the loss of the processing temperature, electrolyte osmotic ratio, soluble sug- ar content, soluble protein content increased, soluble protein content and electrolyte osmotic rate were significantly correlated, but there was no signifi- cant correlation between soluble sugar and electrolyte osmotic rate. Therefore, the electrolyte osmotic rate and soluble protein content could be used as one of the evaluation of physiological and biochemical indexes of Amygdalus persicaf, atropurpurea cold resistance.
