基于熵权法和多层次分析法的水环境模糊综合评价研究 被引量:21

摘要 结合我国水环境的现状和特点构建了水环境承载能力指标评价体系,运用熵权法确定各评价指标的客观权重,将其与多层次分析法的主观权重进行合成,根据该权值对水环境进行模糊综合评价,评价结果表明,模型比单一的模糊综合评价法能够符合水环境的实际状况,从而为管理决策提供科学有效的依据.在综合评价的基础上,提出了改善水环境承载能力的建议. In this paper,water environment carrying capacity and its corresponding assessment index axe put forward based on the analysis of generalized water environment system.The objective of evaluation index weight is determined through introducing entropy weight method and the subjective of evaluation index weight is determined through Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process.The objective weight and the subjective weight are carried on the synthesis.Water environment carrying capacity is comprehensively appraised by the synthesis weight.Results indicate that combination evaluation can improve the evaluation ability through combining the simplex evaluation methods' results and overcoming their shortcoming.Finally,the improved measures of regional water environment carrying capacity are presented.
