摘要
绝大多数中晚期前列腺癌最终将进展为激素非依赖型或者激素难治性前列腺癌。在现代医学尤其是肿瘤的治疗中,联合用药已成为一种趋势。单药治疗时,不可能通过无限增加剂量而提高疗效,因为随之而来的必然是不良反应的增加。相当一部分抗肿瘤药都有可能危及患者生命的不良反应。选用不良反应不相叠加的药物联合治疗不仅可因剂量低而最大限度地减少不良反应,还可能通过药物的协同作用增加疗效。
Most advanced prostate cancer will eventually progress to androgen-independent or hormonerefractory prostate cancer. Among modern medical therapeutic methods,especially cancer therapeutic methods,combination therapy has become a trend. When monotherapy is adopted,curative effect cannot be increased by dose increase,because side effects will also be increased. Meanwhile,a lot of anti-tumor drugs have side effects that might endanger patients＇ life. Combination of drugs with non-overlapping side effects not only can reduce the side effects through reducing dose,but may also increase the synergy effects.
