摘要
目的了解新颁布的食品安全国家标准《食用盐碘含量》实施后,辽阳市当前盐碘水平、学龄儿童和孕妇碘营养状况,为今后防治工作提供依据。方法在辽阳市城市和农村分别抽取调查选取1个乡(镇),开展居民饮水含碘量调查,随机抽取30户居民测定3 d摄盐量,随机抽取8~10岁儿童、怀孕8~38周的孕妇采集尿样、食盐样品,采用直接滴定法检测其家中食用盐含碘量;砷铈催化分光光度法检测8~10岁儿童、孕妇的尿碘水平。结果采集水样78份,水碘均值(2.3±2.8)μg/L,城市和农村水碘值比较,差异有显著统计学意义(t=5.6,P〈0.01)。调查910人(其中610名8~10岁儿童、300名孕妇),盐碘中位数为25.0 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率为100%,合格碘盐食用率为94.5%;尿碘中位数为173.7μg/L,8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数为181.0μg/L,处于适宜状态;孕妇尿碘中位数为149.6μg/L,处于碘不足状态。2012~2014年尿碘含量、盐碘含量逐年下降。城市居民尿碘含量高于农村居民,差异有统计学意义(t=3.25,P〈0.05)。人均日摄盐量为每人8.4 g/d,超过推荐的6 g/d的标准。结论 辽阳市是自然环境碘缺乏地区,目前人群碘营养水平处于适宜或较适宜状态,表明目前盐碘水平基本能够满足辽阳市居民对碘的需求,但孕妇处于碘不足状态,人均摄盐量超标,需加强居民健康膳食知识教育,降低食盐的摄入量,继续加强碘营养监测、密切关注孕妇,尤其是农村孕妇的碘营养状况。
Objective To learn the iodine nutritional status of pregnant and children under the current level of iodized salt in Lioayang City and to offer prevention and cure measures. Methods In the city of Liaoyang city and rural investigated were selected (city, area county) to carry out new iodized salt on the effect of iodine nutrition intervention residents evaluation work. Detection of their edible salt iodine by direct titration method. The pregnant women and 8-10 years old children urinary iodine level was examined by arsenic and cerium spectrophotometry. Results The mean iodine of 910 edible salt samples was 25.0 mg/kg. The coverage rate of iodized salt was 100%.The rate of qualified iodized salt was 94.5%.The median of urinary iodine was 173.7 μg/L. The urinary iodine of school children aged 8-10, pregnant were 181.0,149.6 μg/L, respectively. Conclusion Current iodine nutritional level is basically appropriate or suitable condition. Indicates that the current level of salt iodine can basically meet the needs of Liaoyang residents iodine, but the need to continue to strengthen the residents' dietary health knowledge, reduce salt intake, strengthen the monitoring of iodine nutrition of pregnant women, pay close attention to particularly iodine nutritional status of pregnant women in rural.
