摘要 目的:研究分析Th1/Th2及红细胞免疫指标在支气管哮喘患者中的变化情况。方法:以50例支气管哮喘患者和50名健康体检者为研究对象,将两组的Th1/Th2及红细胞免疫指标进行比较,然后将患者不同分期、不同严重程度者的检测指标进行比较。结果:患者干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、FEER及ATER水平低于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-β(TNF-β)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及FEIR高于对照组,而发作期则波动大于缓解期,重度患者波动大于轻度及中度患者,中度患者大于轻度患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患者的Th1/Th2及红细胞免疫指标呈现异常波动,且其的不同分期及严重程度时存在明显的差异。 Objective.. To study and analyze changes of Thl/Th2 and erythrocyte immune indexes of patients with bron- chial asthma. Methods: A total of 50 patients with bronchial asthma and 50 healthy persons were included in this study. Thl/ Th2 and erythrocyte immune indexes of two groups were compared,and relevant indexes of patients at different stage and with different severity were also compared. Results=The IFN-7, IL-2, FEER and ATER of observation group were all lower than those of control group,TNF-13, IL-4 ,IL-6, IL-10 and FEIR were higher than those of control group, and the fluctuation of those levels of patients at the stage of attack were all bigger than those of patients at the stage of catabasis, and the fluctuation of those levels of patients with severe disease were all bigger than those with mild and moderate disease,the fluctuation of those levels of patients with moderate disease were all bigger than those of patients with mild disease (P all〈0.05). Conclusion:The Thl/Tb2 and erythroeyte immune indexes of patients with bronchial asthma show abnormal trend,these indexes of patients at different stages and with different severity are significant different.
