摘要
教育行政管理体制和教育经费体制、学校内部管理的行政化倾向,以及学校和社会环境,阻碍了教师的专业化进程。有效防止和处理课堂问题行为,关键在于推进教师专业化,重点是完善教师培养培训体系,实施教师专业化提升专项计划,加强教育科研机构和队伍建设。
Education administrative and fees system, tendency of administration of school inner administrative system as well as school and social environment hinder the progression of professional level of teachers. The key to preventing and handling classroom problem behaviors effectively is to push on teacher professionalization. The key point to teacher professionalization is to improve teacher training system, carry out special plan for teacher professional level promotion, enhance the conscruction of education scientific research institution and teachers' team.
