摘要 目的探讨远志属药用植物瓜子金提取物及不同部位的抗抑郁作用。方法瓜子金用常规醇提法得瓜子金醇提物,通过系统溶剂法得石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位和水残留部位。采用小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾模型评价瓜子金醇提物及各萃取部位的抗抑郁作用。结果瓜子金醇提物及正丁醇部位能明显缩短小鼠强迫游泳及悬尾的不动时间。结论瓜子金醇提物及正丁醇部位可以改善小鼠的抑郁状态行为,具有一定的抗抑郁作用。 Objective To evaluate the antidepressant effect of the enthanol extract and its different fractions from Polygala japonica. Methods The enthanol extract from Polygala japonica and its fractions(petroleum ether fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, n-butanol fraction and water residure fraction) were obtained by solvent partition of its total extract. Antidepressant effect was evaluated through mice forced swimming test and mice tail suspension test. Results Polygala japonica signifi cantly decreased the accumulative immobility time of mice treated with the enthanol extract and the n-butanol fraction in mice forced swimming test and mice tail suspension test. Conclusion Polygala japonica can improve the depressive condition of mice and have obvious effect of antidepression.
