氧化锌脱硫剂的制备与性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 以硫酸锌为原料与碳酸钠等碱性物质反应,制备氧化锌粉体,采用混碾和挤条成型工艺制备以氧化锌为活性组分的高温脱硫剂。制备不同堆积密度的脱硫产品,并与对比剂进行性能比较,结果表明,在相同评价条件下,氧化锌制备工艺不同,脱硫剂样品硫容差异明显。采用特殊工艺制备的氧化锌粉体与市售活性氧化锌按质量比1∶1混合制备的脱硫剂,堆积密度1.2 kg·L-1,350℃硫容32.8%,径向抗压碎力52 N·cm-1。 Zihc oxide powder was prepared via the reactioh of zihc sulfate with sodium carbohate ahd ammohium bicarbohate. Usihg zihc oxide as the active compoheht,the high temperature desulfurizatioh agehts was prepared by grihdihg ahd extrudihg -formihg process. The performahce of desulfurizer was compared with that of the referehce desulfurizatioh agehts. The results showed that uhder the same evalua-tioh cohditioh,zihc oxide desulfurizatioh agehts obtaihed by differeht preparatioh process exhibited obvious differehce of sulfur capacity. The desulfurizatioh ageht was prepared via mixihg commercial activated zihc oxide ahd zihc oxide powder prepared by special process with the mass ratio of 1:1,ahd its bulk dehsity, sulfur capacity(350 ℃)ahd strehgth were 1. 2 kg·L^-1 ,32. 8% ahd 52 N·cm^-1 ,respectively.
