基于Web的三维市政管线辅助规划审批系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 市政管线规划管理是城市规划管理的重要组成部分,建设便于数据共享、信息服务的基于Web模式的三维管网仿真信息管理系统对其有着非常重要的意义。本文结合市政管线工程规划报批业务,遵循SOA服务体系,采用云技术、Web Services技术和微软Silver Light技术,以优秀的Web用户体验实现了一种三维立体的、多层面的、新型有效的在线辅助市政管线规划报批的工作系统。研究结果表明,该系统能够切实提高管线工程规划审批的效率和准确性,对相关报批系统的建设具有参考价值。 Municipal pipelines planning administration is an important part of city urban planning, constructing the Web-based, 3D visual pipeline information management system is very significant to it which can share data and provide information services easily. Combining with concrete contents of municipal pipelines planning administration, this paper introduces a practicable system example of municipal pipelines planning and approval. The system follows SOA, uses Cloud technology, Web Services and Microsoft Sliver Light to create a three-dimensional, multi-faceted, and effective online work environment which has excellent Web user experiences. The results show that the system can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of pipelines planning and approval, and it has reference value for constructing those similar systems.
