磁共振氢质子波谱在颅内胶质瘤分级中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析脑胶质细胞瘤磁共振氢质子波谱(1H-MRS)的特点及临床意义,探讨其在颅内胶质瘤分级中的应用价值。方法搜集经临床手术且病理确诊的颅内胶质瘤32例,所有患者术前行3.0TMR 1H-MRS检查,研究胶质瘤实质区与对侧正常脑组织MRS代谢产物的变化。结果颅内胶质瘤实质与正常脑组织相比,NAA含量降低,而Cho则升高(P<0.05):低、高级别胶质瘤间NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr、NAA/Cho存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 1H-MRS可以无创性地为胶质瘤临床术前分级提供客观依据,提高了常规MRI检查对于胶质瘤术前分级诊断的准确性。
