COKE INHIBITING AND DECOKING TECHNOLOGIES FOR ETHYLENE CRACKING FURNACES

摘要 在管式蒸汽裂解法制乙烯的过程中,烃类在裂解炉炉管内裂解的同时,伴随着二次反应生成焦炭粘附在炉管内壁,使得传热效率逐步降低,炉管表面温度升高,对生产造成了严重影响。介绍了国内外近年来发展的结焦抑制技术,分析了清焦过程的机理,综述了清焦技术的进展以及先进控制在清焦中的应用。 During the steam cracking of hydrocarbons,coke is deposited on the inner wall of cracking coils by undesired side reactions. Coke formation leads to a reduction in heat transfer efficiency and a higher furnace tube surface temperature, and seriously affects the production. This paper introduces the development of coke inhibiting technology at home and abroad in recent years,analyzes the mechanism of decoking,and summarizes the development of decoking technology and the application of advanced process control in decoking.
