摘要
研究3%阿维菌素ME在梨和土壤中的残留动态情况,为其在梨上安全合理使用提供科学依据。笔者采用柱前衍生高效液相色谱法,测定阿维菌素在梨和土壤中的残留消解动态和最终残留量。结果表明,方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度符合残留检测要求;阿维菌素在梨和土壤中降解半衰期分别为1.1~2.6天和2.1~5.7天;梨中阿维菌素的最终残留量最高为0.0090 mg/kg、土壤中最高为0.0157 mg/kg。中国规定梨中阿维菌素的最大残留限量值(MRL)0.02 mg/kg,以此依据,3%阿维菌素微乳剂用于防治梨木虱,于梨木虱若虫发生期田间喷雾,施药剂量不超过18 mg a.i./kg,施药3~4次,安全间隔期为7天。
This paper reported residual dynamics of abamectin 3% ME in pear and soil for providing thescientific basis for its safe and appropriate use in pear. Dissipation dynamics and final residues of abamectin inpear and soil were determined by HPLC with pre-column fluorescent derivatization. The results showed thatthe sensitivity, accuracy and precision of the method accorded with the requirement of pesticide residueanalysis. The half-lives of abamectin were from 1.1 days to 2.6 days in pear, and from 2.1 days to 5.7 days insoil. The maximum final residue of abamectin in pear was 0.0090 mg/kg, while in soil was 0.0157 mg/kg. Forthe moment, the MRLs of abamectin in pear were regulated as 0.02 mg/kg in China. Therefore, abamectin 3%ME could be applied to control Psylla chinensis Yang et Li with the dosage less than 18 mg a.i./kg and usedfrom 3 to 4 times, the safety interval was 7 days.
