羟氯喹治疗60例轻中度酒渣鼻的有效性及安全性临床观察 被引量：12

摘要 酒渣鼻是以颜面中部对称性红斑、丘疹及明显的毛细血管扩张为主要表现的慢性炎症性疾病[1],常伴有面部烧灼感、瘙痒、鳞屑和水肿等症状[2]。美国酒渣鼻协会专家委员会将酒渣鼻分为4种亚型：红斑毛细血管扩张型、丘疹脓疱型、鼻赘型及眼型[3],同一患者可以先后或同时出现多种亚型的临床特征[4]。酒渣鼻的发病机制尚不明确,遗传、日晒、毛囊蠕形螨感染等是其诱发和加重的重要因素[5]。
