Wnt信号通路对牙齿发育和牙囊成骨向分化的调控作用 被引量:2

摘要 Wnt信号通路包括经典Wnt/β-catenin信号通路和非经典通路,对个体组织发育和干细胞的自我更新具有重要调控作用,在包括颅面部器官在内的几乎所有器官发生过程中都必需Wnt信号通路的调控。研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路不仅在牙齿发育过程中参与了上皮和间充质的相互作用,在牙囊细胞的分化过程亦有Wnt信号通路的参与。本文就Wnt信号通路在牙齿发育和牙囊成骨/成牙骨质向分化中的调控作用研究进展作一综述。 Wnt signalling pathways include the canonical Wnt pathway and non -canonical pathways.Grow-ing evidence indicates that Wnt signaling pathways orchestrate tissue development and stem cell self-renewal.Wnt/β-catenin signaling is known to be crucial for tooth development and bone formation.Furthermore,several members of the Wnt family were observed in the presumptive dental epithelium or mesenchyme.The differentiation of dental follicle cells needs the regulation of Wnt signaling.This review emphasizes the role of Wnt signalling pathways in tooth devel-opment and the osteogenic differentiation of dental follicle.
