摘要
目的:检测促血管生成素1(Ang-1)、促血管生成素2(Ang-2)、Tie-2受体及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组化法对30例尖锐湿疣患者皮损组织及20例正常对照组织中的Ang-1、Ang-2、Tie-2受体及VEGF进行检测。结果:Ang-2、Tie-2受体及VEGF在尖锐湿疣皮损组织中的阳性表达率分别为100%、93.33%和100%,明显高于正常组织的25.00%、40.00%和45.00%(x2值分别为32.14、16.93、18.07,P值均<0.01);Ang-1在尖锐湿疣皮损组织中的阳性表达率为33.33%,与正常组织的30.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(x2=0.06,P>0.05)。结论:Ang/Tie-2信号传导系统和VEGF在尖锐湿疣的发生中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To detect the expression levels of angiopointin 1( Ang-1),angiopo intin2( Ang-2),Tie-2 receptor and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) in condyloma acuminata tissues. Methods: The expression levels of Ang-1,Ang-2,Tie-2 receptorand VEGF in 30 condyloma acuminata tissues and 20 normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results: The positive rates of Ang-2,Tie-2 receptor and VEGF in condyloma acuminata tissues were 100% 、93. 33% and 100%,significantly higher than 25. 00%,40. 00% and 45. 00% in normal tissues(χ^2= 32. 14,16. 93,18. 07 respectively,P〈0. 01). The positive rates of Ang-1 in condyloma acuminata tissues was 33. 33%,and there was no statistical significance compared with normal tissues(χ^2= 0. 06,P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: Ang / Tie-2 signal transduction system and VEGF may play an important role on growth and recurrence in condyloma acuminate.
