摘要
本文基于来自江苏省农村转移劳动力的976份有效问卷,通过构建二元Logistic模型对影响当前新型城镇化进程中农村转移劳动力培训价值感知的驱动因素进行了分析。结果表明:在个体与家庭特征驱动因素中,农村转移劳动力培训价值感知受到劳动力婚姻状况、学历因素的影响;在动机驱动因素中,物质层面和精神层面的市民化动机对培训价值感知均具有一定的积极作用;在功效驱动因素中,培训过程感知维度中的培训方式、培训内容和培训师资因素正向影响农村劳动力培训的价值感知,培训效果感知维度中的能力提升、收入增长、成功就业因素正向影响农村劳动力培训的价值感知。
This paper constructs a binary Logistic model for analyzing the factors that influencing the transferred rural labor force's perception of the value of training on the background of new urbanization construction using 976 valid questionnaire survey data provide by rural labor force in Jiangsu province. The results show that among the driving factors of individual and family characteristics, the perception of the value of training is associated with marital status, educational level; among the motivational factors, physical and psYchological self-motivation positively influence the training value perception; among effect driving factors, training methods, training content and teaching faculties have positive influences on the training value perception; and the growth of income, improvement of the ability, and the successful employment have positive influences on the training value perception.
