摘要
轨道式自动导引车是现代自动化物流系统中的重要组成部分,抗倾覆稳定性是设计中极其重要的要求。为了客观合理的评估抗倾覆稳定性,分析轨道式自动导引车稳定性校核的基本原则及不同的工况条件。结合轨道式自动导引车的实际作业情形,基于直道加速、直道刹车和弯道行驶三种工况分析,建立了穿梭车不同工况下的抗倾覆计算数学模型,并通过分析和比较,提出了判断轨道式自动导引车抗倾覆稳定性计算的公式。
Rail guided vehicle is a very important part of modern automated logistics system. Overturning stability is extremely important requirement on rail guided vehicle design. In order to assess overturning stability objectively, this paper analyzes the basic principles of examining the rail guided vehicle stability and different working conditions. Based on three different working conditions of straight acceleration, braking and turn driving, this paper establishes the mathematical model calculations of rail guided vehicle. Besides, through analysis and comparison, this paper proposes the formula of the overturning stability.
