γ-干扰素释放试验诊断结核分枝杆菌感染的临床价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨γ-干扰素释放试验（IGRA）诊断结核分枝杆菌感染的临床意义.方法 选取2013年11月至2014年7月门诊及住院部结核病患者76例为实验组,选取同期健康体检者76例为对照组,对两组人员进行痰涂片分析、γ-干扰素释放试验,比较不同方法的阳性率.结果 实验组γ-干扰素阳性率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,痰涂片阳性与阴性结核病患者γ-干扰素阳性率比较差异未免统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 γ-干扰素释放试验对于诊断结核分枝杆菌感染具有重要的临床价值,值得临床推广应用.
