水稻秸秆还田对土壤磷酸酶活性及速效磷含量的影响 被引量:60

摘要 本试验针对中国东北稻作区,利用室内模拟试验和小区试验,研究了水稻秸秆还田对土壤磷酸酶活性及土壤速效磷含量的影响,为实现寒地水稻秸秆还田生产提供依据和参考。结果表明,土壤中酸性磷酸酶活性最大,碱性磷酸酶活性次之,中性磷酸酶活性最低;秸秆还田处理的酸性磷酸酶活性极显著高于不还田处理,秸秆还田处理的中性磷酸酶活性和碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于不还田处理;在一定范围内,酸性磷酸酶活性和土壤速效磷含量均随秸秆施入量增加而升高;中性磷酸酶活性相对稳定;碱性磷酸酶活性随秸秆施入量增加而降低。土壤酸性磷酸酶活性与土壤速效磷含量间达到显著正相关,土壤酸性磷酸酶活性可以反映土壤速效磷含量,可以用土壤酸性磷酸酶活性评价土壤磷素状况。 The experiment focused on the cold rice, which used plot experiment and laboratory simulation experi- ment, and studied the effects of rice straw returning on activities of soil phosphatase and available P values in soil so as to provide evidence and reference for the rice straw returning. The result showed that activities of soil acid phosphatase were the highest in the soil, followed by activities of soil neutral phosphatase, activities of soil alkaline phosphatase. The activities of acid phosphatase with straw returning was significantly higher than that of no straw returning, the neutral phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase activities with straw returning were higher than that of no straw returning. Both the activities of acid phosphatase and available P values in soil increased with the amount of straw returned, the activities of alkaline phosphatase decreased with the amount of straw returned but the neutral phosphatase activities was relatively stable. There were a positive correlation between the activities of acid phosphatase and available P values in soil, therefore the activities of acid phosphatase could be used to report to the availa- ble P in soil,and the activities of acid phosphatase could be used as sensitive indicators of soil phosphorus status.
