摘要
通过FLUENT软件模拟了不同级别过滤器两-两组合对粒径分别为0.5μm、1μm、1.5μm、2μm、2.5μm 5种颗粒的过滤性能,同时模拟了过滤风速对过滤器捕集微粒效率和压降的影响规律,得出多个不同级别过滤器两-两组合对这五种颗粒的过滤规律,以及过滤器捕集效率和压降随过滤风速变化规律。对多个不同级别过滤器两-两组合过滤这5种颗粒的过滤规律、过滤器捕集效率和压降随过滤风速变化规律进行了分析与总结,得出不同级别过滤器两-两组合对微粒的过滤存在最佳组合的结论,对实际工程应用中过滤器的组合匹配以及空调系统过滤PM2.5方面提供了一定的参考。
This paper simulates the filtration performance of combinations of any two filters with different filtration levels filtering particulates with the particle sizes of 0.5μm、 1μm、 1.5μm、 2μm、 2.5μm, and the influence of filtration velocity to filtration efficiency and pressure drop through the FLUENT software.And the paper gets the law of combinations of any two filters with different filtration levels filtering these five kinds of particulates and the law of the influence of filtration velocity to filtration efficiency and pressure drop.In addition, the paper analyzes and summaries the law of combinations of any two filters with different filtration levels filtering these five kinds of particulates and the law of the influence of filtration velocity to filtration efficiency and pressure drop.And it comes to the conclusion that there exists a best combination of any two filters with different filtration levels which can give some guidance in practical engineering application and provide some reference value to PM2.5 filtration.
