摘要
[目的]评价导师小组培训模式在急诊岗位培训生培训中的效果。[方法]通过导师小组培训模式与传统带教培训模式对比,将岗位培训生对培训的满意度、出科考核成绩、相关不良事件率及实施后医护人员满意度作为调查指标,进行评价。[结果]与传统培训模式相比,岗位培训生和医护人员对导师小组培训模式满意度提升,岗位培训生相关不良事件明显减少,培训后考核优秀率明显增加,这些差异二者间均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]导师小组培训模式,提高了岗位培训生的急救知识、技能和综合能力,使导师在提高自身能力的同时,也提高了急诊科整体培训意识与能力,加强了科室对岗位培训生的管理,降低了急诊临床护理潜在风险。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of tutor team training mode in the emergency post trainee training. Methods:Contrasting the tutor team training mode with the traditional training pattern,the training satisfac-tion,examination results of post trainee,related adverse events rate and satisfaction of medical personnel were taken as investigation indexes and were evaluated.Results:Compared with the traditional training mode,the post trainee and medical personnel’s satisfaction was enhanced,and the related adverse events of post trainee were reduced significantly and excellent examination rate was increased significantly (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The tu-tor team training mode has improved not only the post trainee’s first aid knowledge,skills and comprehensive a-bility,but also the tutor’s own ability and the whole training consciousness and ability of emergency department were improved.At the same time,it has strengthened the management,reduced the potential risk of emergency clinical nursing.
