英夫利西单抗治疗炎症性肠病失应答 被引量：9

摘要 炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease,IBD）是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis,UC）、克罗恩病（Crohn＇s disease,CD）和未分类炎症性肠病（inflammatory bowel disease unclassified,IBDU）,其病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,目前研究认为主要由免疫反应介导,并与遗传因素、环境因素密切相关。英夫利西单抗（infliximab,IFX）是一种杂交嵌合IgG 1单克隆抗体,分子系列中75%是人源性,25%是鼠源性,
