摘要
目的：探讨类风湿性关节炎的临床药物治疗主法疗效。方法选取临床2012年6月～2014年6月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者30例临床资料进行分析。结果近期控制6例，显效14例，有效8例，无效2例，总有效率93.33%。结论类风湿性关节炎的治疗首选应用非甾体抗炎药，减轻患者疼痛。早期应用慢作用抗风湿药，减少系统及脏器受累。
Objective To study the rheumatoid arthritis clinical drug treatment. Methods Analyzed 30 patients’cases in heumatoid arthritis which were chosen from June 2014 to June 2012. Results 6 cases were short-term controled,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the total efficiency rate was 93.33%. Conclusion The best way to control the rheumatoid arthritis is to adopt the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,in order to reduce the pain of the patients. The earlier application the slow acting antirheumatic drugs,the more to reduce the system and organ involvement.
