摘要
从工艺流程、厂房布置、管道设计及需要改进优化等方面阐述以混合办公废纸生产脱墨浆的工程设计实例,该系统设备由德国VOITH公司提供,流程采用两段浮选和两段漂白来满足脱墨浆白度和质量的要求。
In this paper was introduced the engineering design of a DIP system from the process, layout, piping design and the system optimization. The equipment was provided by Voith, Germany. Two-stage flotation and two-stage bleaching were adapted to reach the requirement to the brightness and the quality of the deinked pulp.
