造纸机网部脱水量大,动力消耗也相当大,合理的真空分布将有助于节能降耗。本文介绍了网部抽气量的计算方法、经验参数及影响真空度和抽气量的因素。
Rational vacuum distribution will be helpful to energy conservation and consumption reduction, for big dewatering amount in wire part of paper machines will result in a much amount of power consumption. In this paper was introduced the calculating way, experienced parameters of suction air volume in wire part of paper machines, as well as the factors inlfuencing the vacuum degree and suction air volume.
