摘要
提出采用系统科学"状态"的概念对中医学证候概念的内涵进行较为深入地疏解,并从主体感觉不适为主的体质和亚健康状态、人体系统在某一时间段内病理变化总体特征的反映、辨证论治过程的意象思维方式3方面论证"证候是人体生理病理反应状态";从四诊信息是证候的状态量、机体自适应反应是证候动态演化的根本原因两方面论证证候的状态特点。最后论述了证候与状态之间的确存在着交叉融合互补提升的复杂关系,将状态引入证候概念的界定中有助于阐释证候的传统医学特点,将各种组学技术和系统生物学最新成果与证候做有机整合后,则可以为证候的定量研究提供现代科学知识的支撑,最终形成新的关于人体生命活动规律的医学体系——状态医学。
This paper proposed that the connotation of the syndrome could be in-depth interpreted by the concept of ‘state＇ in systematic science.Syndrome was one kind of constitution that the subjects felt uncomfortable or in sub-health state.Syndrome reflected the general characteristics of pathology changes in the human system in certain period.Syndrome embodied the image thinking in process of diagnose based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.So,based on the three aspects above,it was thought that syndrome was a state of physiological and pathological reactions.The four diagnostics were the ‘state＇ quantity of syndrome,and the body adaptive response was the root cause of the dynamic evolution of syndrome,where the characteristics of syndrome were certified.Finally,it turned out that there was complex relationship between the syndromes and the state that seemed crossed,syncretic and complementary.It had been helpful to interpret the characteristics of TCM syndrome since the concept of state was introduced into syndrome.If various omics technologies and systems biology were organically integrated with TCM syndrome,it would be expected to provide support of the modern scientific knowledge for the quantitative research of TCM syndrome.It was predicted that a new medical system-state medicine would be created to reveal the rule of human life in future.
