摘要
介绍了废热锅炉03E001的工艺流程,分析了大型合成氨装置转化工段废锅泄漏的原因,并在国内首次尝试了在线堵漏的检修方式,结果表明,检修周期缩短,达到了工艺运行要求。
This paper introduces the process of 03E001 waste heat boiler and analyzes the leaking causes of waste heat boiler of reform section of large ammonia unit.Zhongyuan Dahua Co.first attempted the online leak stoppage method domestically.The results show that the maintenance cycle has been shortened and the waste heat boiler met the process operating requirements.
