摘要
文中利用灰色理论分析了5种比转速轴流泵2个Ⅰ级因素(叶轮参数IP与导叶参数GVP)、4个Ⅱ级因素(叶轮叶梢参数ITP,叶轮叶根参数IRP,叶轮导叶叶梢参数GVTP与导叶叶根参数GVRP)和22个Ⅲ级因素(几何参数)对扬程H的综合影响。结果表明,各级参数对于扬程的影响是,在Ⅰ级因素中叶轮参数IP大于导叶参数GVP,而在Ⅱ级因素中叶轮叶根参数IRP大于叶轮叶梢参数ITP,导叶叶根参数GVRP大于导叶叶梢参数GVTP。文中提出的轴流泵几何参数分级概念以及分析结果对轴流泵的研究、优化设计以及现有产品改造提供了重要的参考。
Based on the grey theory,this paper analyzes the synthesized influences of five types of axial flow pumps on head,including two factors of class Ⅰ( impeller parameter IP and guide vane parameter GVP),four factors of class Ⅱ( impeller tip parameter ITP,impeller root parameter IRP,guide vane tip parameter GVRP and guide vane root parameter GVTP),and twenty-two factors of grade Ⅲ( geometrical parameter). The calculating results of the parameters on head show that the impeller parameter IP has larger effect than guide vane parameter GVP for the factors of class Ⅰ. For the factors of class Ⅱ,the impeller root parameter IRP is larger than impeller tip parameter ITP,the guide vane tip parameter GVRP is larger than guide vane root parameter GVTP. The new concepts of axial flow pump geometrical parameters and the analysis results provide the important references for the research,optimizing design and renovation product of axial flow pump.
