摘要
为了更加准确地测量铝基覆铜板的导热系数,设计实现了一种改进型铝基覆铜板导热系数测试系统;重点阐述了测试系统的设计原理和设计思想,并对测试系统的硬件和软件设计进行了详细介绍;实验结果表明,该测试系统具有测试速度快、精度高、操作方便等特点;在实际铝基覆铜板导热系数测试中具有很高的使用价值,并为铝基覆铜板导热系数测试标准的制定提供了设备和数据上的支持。
In order to accurately measure the thermal conductivity of Aluminum--based Copper Clad Laminate, an improved aluminum based copper clad laminate thermal conductivity testing system was designed. The design principle and idea of the testing system is analyzed, and the hardware and software is introduced in detail in the paper. The experimental results demonstrate that the testing system has advantages of measuring quickly, high precision and simple operation. It has some practical value and provides equipment and data support to make the measurement standard of the thermal conductivity of Aluminum-based Copper Clad Laminate.
