以四氟对苯二甲酸二甲酯为起始原料,通过2步清洁还原反应制得关键中间体2,3,5,6-四氟-4-甲基苄醇,其再与3-(2-氯-3,3,3-三氟-1-丙烯基)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷甲酰氯发生酯化反应制得目标产物七氟菊酯。以四氟对苯二甲酸二甲酯计,3步总收率为71%,产品质量分数为95.6%。该路线三废少,成本低,适合工业生产。
The key intermediate of 4-methyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl alcohol was synthesized from dimethyl 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalate via two steps of reduction reaction. Then tefluthrin was obtained by esterification reaction with the intermediate and 3-(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propen-1-yl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarbonyl chloride. The total yield was 71%based on dimethyl 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalate, and the puity of tefluthrin reached 95.6%. The route had such advantages as cheap and less three industrial wastes. It was valuable to be used in industry.
