摘要
目的探讨目标管理教学法在妇产科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2012年10月-2013年10月于我院妇产科实习的92名实习护生作为本次研究的对象,将护生随机分为对照组与观察组两组,每组各有46名护生,对照组护生采取传统带教模式同步带教,观察组护生采取目标管理教学方法予以同步带教,对比两组护生的理论知识与操作技能评分。结果观察组实习护士的理论知识评分与操作技能评分均要显著优于对照组,存在显著性差异(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在妇产科临床护理带教过程中采用目标管理教学法,有助于实习护士更好地实现实习目标,明显提高护生的操作技能与理论知识水平。
Objective To study the target management method in the application of nursing teaching in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Obstetrics and Gynecology of the 92 nursing students as the research object from 2012 October to 2013 October in our hospital, the nursing students were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 46 nursing students, students in control group adopted the traditional teaching mode of synchronous teaching, the observation group nursing students adopt the target management of teaching methods to teach the synchronous belt, compared two groups of students' theoretical knowledge and operating skill score.ResultsThe observation group nurses knowledge and skill score are signiifcantly better than the control group, there was significant difference (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion In the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology clinical nursing teaching method of management by objectives in the process of teaching, help to better achieve the goal of practice nurses in practice, improve nursing students' operational skills and theoretical knowledge.
