摘要
目的探究精确放射治疗技术对老年肿瘤患者治疗后的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年7月-2014年9月期间收治的110例老年肿瘤患者,随机将其分为观察组以及对照组,予以对照组传统放射治疗,观察组患者精确放疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者通过治疗后,其观察组患者的治疗总有效明显大于对照组患者治疗总有效率,两组之间经比较存在显著差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年肿瘤患者采用精确放射治疗具有显著的临床效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of precise radiotherapy technology in treatment of elderly cancer patients after. Methods Selected 110 cases of elderly cancer patients in our hospital in 2013 July-2014 year in September,randomly divided into observation group and control group, to be the control group traditional radiation therapy,observation precision radiotherapy group patients,the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The two groups were observed by after treatment, the patients in the treatment group were obviously higher than that of control group, the total effective treatment in patients with total effective rate between the two groups by comparison, there are significant differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment has signiifcant clinical effect by using accurate radiotherapy in elderly patients with cancer,and has the value of clinical application.
