摘要
目的探讨高龄冠心病患者进行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)期间的护理方法。方法我院对20例70岁以上需要进行PCI手术的老年冠心病患者加强了在手术前,手术中,以及手术后的各项护理工作。结果这20例患者经过合理的护理后,都能接受PCI手术治疗,且在手术成功后的病情有了明显的改善,并康复出院。结论强化围术期间的个性化优质护理配合,是高龄冠心病患者行PCI手术治疗成功的重要保证。
Objective To investigate elderly patients with coronary artery disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention methods of care therapy （PCI） during the period. Methods 20 cases in our hospital for more than 70 years the need for surgery in elderly patients with coronary heart PCI strengthened before surgery, surgery, and the post-operative care. Results 20 patients after reasonable care, can accept PCI surgery, and the surgery is successful in the case of illness has been significantly improved good and discharged. Conclusion Intensive personalized quality care with the perioperative period is an important guarantee for elderly patients with coronary heart surgery successful PCI.
