摘要
目的:研究人参皂苷Rg3自微乳释药系统(SMEDDS)的最佳的处方组成。方法:通过溶解度实验,对表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油相进行筛选,并采用水滴定法绘制伪三元相图,考察各系统的相图行为并结合微乳的粒径等,寻找人参皂苷Rg3最佳的自微乳处方组分。结果:采用混合表面活性剂可获得较为理想微乳体系,制备的空白微乳和载药微乳呈澄清透明液体。结论:确定人参皂苷Rg3自微乳释药体系:表面活性剂Cremopher RH40:Triton X100(1∶1)、助表面活性剂Isopropanol、油相Ethyl oleate。
Objective: To investigate the optimum formula of self microe-emulsifying drug delivery system of ginsenosides Rg3( SMEDDS). Methods: The equilibrium solubility of ginsenosides Rg3 in different compositions of surfactants,cosurfactants and oils was investigated. The formulation of self microemulsifying drug delivery system of ginsenosides Rg3 was optimized by studying the pseudo ternary phase diagram and particle size. Results: A good SMEDDS of ginsenosides Rg3 was obtained by using composite surfactants,the blank microemulsion and medicine microemulsion is clear transparent liquid. Conclusion: The formulation of self microemulsion drug delivery system of ginsenosides Rg3: surfactant Cremopher RH40: Triton X100( 1 ∶ 1),cosurfactants: Isopropanol,oil phase: Ethyl oleate
