垂体腺瘤TGF-β_1和CTGF的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨垂体腺瘤转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)的表达及意义。方法收集手术切除且病理学证实的垂体腺瘤标本58例,根据术前MRI检查和术中发现分为纤维化垂体腺瘤(19例)和非纤维化垂体腺瘤(39例)。采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应检测TGF-β1和CTGF m RNA表达水平。结果与非纤维化垂体腺瘤相比,纤维化垂体腺瘤TGF-β1和CTGF m RNA表达水平均显著增高(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1和CTGF高表达可能垂体腺瘤纤维化有关。 Objective To explore the expressions of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in the pituitary adenomas, and their role of in the pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas fibrosis.MethodsThe m RNA expression levels of TGF-β1and CTGF were determined respectively by reverse transcription- polymerase chain reaction in 19 samples of fibrosis pituitary adenomas and 39 samples of non-fibrosis pituitary adenomas.ResultsThe levels of TGF-β1m RNA expression in the fibrosis pituitary adenomas and non-fibrosis pituitary adenomas were 0.720±0.102 and 0.519±0.093 respectively. The levels of CTGF m RNA expression in the fibrosis adenomas and the non-fibrosis pituitary adenomas were 0.487±0.110 and 0.312±0.123 respectively. There were significantly differences in the levels of TGF-β1and CTGF m RNA expressions between both the groups(P〈0.05).ConclusionThat the levels of TGF-β1and CTGF m RNA expressions in the fibrosis pituitary adenomas is significantly higher than those in the non-fibrosis pituitary adenomas suggests that TGF-β1and CTGF may take part in the pathogenesis of the pituitary adenomas fibrosis.
