摘要 用不同的表面改性剂对不同粒径的硅灰石进行改性处理,再按照不同比例填充到聚丙烯(PP)树脂中制备成复合材料。研究了硅灰石的粒径、添加量以及不同种类表面改性剂对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:不同粒径对复合材料拉伸、弯曲和冲击性能影响不同,当添加硅灰石质量分数30%以下时,复合材料性能增加;超过30%时,其性能呈下降趋势,并且不同种类的表面改性剂对复合材料性能影响也有一定差别。 The wollastonite mineral of different sizes was modified by different surface modifiers, and the composites were prepared by the modified wollastonite filled polypropylene resins in different proportions. The effects of the particle size, added amount of wollastonite, and different types of surface modifiers on the properties of the composites were studied. The results show that there are different effects of different particle sizes on the tensile, bending and impact performances of the composites. When the added mass ratio of the wollastonite is less than 30%,the performances of composites increase, and when the added mass ratio is more than 30%, the performances decrease. The effects of different types of surface modifiers on the performances of the composites are different.
