摘要 为分析喷油螺杆压缩机能量回收的有效性,以喷油螺杆空气压缩机为例,针对陈四楼煤矿螺杆式空压机可利用热能的运行机理及现状,分析了矿用螺杆式空压机油气系统余热回收的工作原理及特点,并对实际生产中空压机余热回收应用效果进行了论证与研究,指出了煤矿生产资源节能循环利用模式在现代化矿井安全生产中的重要性。 In order to analyze the energy recovery efficiency of oil - injecting screw air compressor, based on the engineering background of Chensilou Coal mine, the operational mechanism and the present situation of waste recovery was introduced, the working principle and characteristics of the waste heat recovery system were analyzed, and the application effect of waste heat recovery was studied, the importance of coal mine production resources saving and recycling mode in modem mine safe production was emphasized.
