摘要 为了解内燃机曲轴的动态特性,以及准确得到曲轴固有频率和振型对曲轴的影响,基于振动问题模态分析理论,利用PRO/E建立了材质为QT800-6的内燃机曲轴的简化模型,导入ANSYS进行了模态分析。得到了自由模态和约束模态的前8阶非零频率,并进行了比较,然后查看约束模态相应的振型,据此对曲轴的结构优化提出了一些合理的改进建议。 Based on the modal analysis theory on vibration problems, a simplified model was established based on the PRO/E, for engine crankshaft of QT800 -6 material, to analyze the dynamic behavior and obtain effect of inherent frequency and vibration mode. The model analysis was done with ANSYS, obtaining the foregoing 8 orders of the non - zero frequency of the free modal and the constraint modal, which were then compared. Furthermore, by viewing the modal shape of the constraint modal, reasonable suggestions were proposed for the structural improvement of the crankshaft.
