聚合多元醇胺的制备及其助磨性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以1,4-丁二醇双缩水甘油醚和二乙醇胺为原料合成了一种高分散、高早强活化功能的聚合多元醇胺(PA),利用FT-IR、1H-NMR以及GPC进行了分析与表征,通过比表面积、粒径分布和中值粒径(D50)研究了PA在水泥粉磨中的助磨性能。结果表明PA具有显著的助磨和增强性能,当PA添加量为0.02wt%时,3~32μm颗粒含量从53.88%提高到59.01%,D50从1.14降低到1.02,水泥3 d抗压强度提高3.37 MPa,28 d抗压强度提高3.69MPa,且其助磨和增强明显效果优于三乙醇胺,因而具有广阔的应用前景。 Polyhydric alcohol-amine (PA) was synthesized by 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and diethanolamine, and firstly used as cement grinding aids. PA was well characterized by FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC. The grinding experiment was carried out by intergrinding with clinker and gypsum in closedcircuit grinding systems with different adding amount of PA. The grinding effect was studied by using the analysis of the specific surface, particle size distribution, and median size (D50). The results showed that PA improved the grindability and particle size distribution efficiently, and the cement mortars made with PA exhibited excellent mechanical properties, which indicated that PA can be used as potential grinding aids. When the adding amount of PA was 0.02wt% to cement, the results showed that the amount of 3-32 μm cement particles increased from 53.88% to 59.01%, the d50 of the reduced from 1.14 μm to 1.02 μm, the compressive strengths of the produced cement about 3.37 MPa, and at 28 d about 3.69 MPa, respectively. cement particles at 3 d improved
